Kimberley Green

Kimberley Green is a cross-functional, results-driven C-suite leader with more than a decade of executive experience directing nonprofit operations. She has proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational management, finance, human resources, and stakeholder engagement, and is recognized for her ability to scale multi-site operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive efficiency in dynamic environments. Passionate about community building, Kimberley fosters impactful partnerships that strengthen organizations and the communities they serve.

As Chief Operating Officer of The Kindezi Schools, a charter school organization within Atlanta Public Schools, Kimberley oversaw operations for three campuses serving more than 1,000 students and 300 staff. She successfully executed strategic plans that created a sustainable financial and operational model, managed a $25M annual budget, and built a $12M reserve fund. Her leadership included centralizing accounting functions, standardizing procurement systems, and directing multimillion-dollar grant programs. She also spearheaded recruitment strategies, professional learning models, and multi-year capital projects, aligning stakeholders across government, community, and education sectors.

Previously, Kimberley served as Director of Operations at The Kindezi Schools, where she managed facilities, compliance, HR, and vendor relations. Her career also includes international experience as Office Administrator at the Consulate General of Ireland in Atlanta, where she coordinated the opening of Ireland’s first U.S. consulate since 1933. Earlier roles at Jefferson Wells International and Bronner Bros./Upscale Magazine further honed her expertise in financial management, operations, and executive support.

Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Prairie View A&M University and has completed executive leadership programs with Bridgespan Leadership for Impact and The Together Group. Her Gallup Strengths—Connectedness, Developer, Strategic, Intellection, and Empathy—reflect her ability to blend vision with compassion, strategy with execution, and leadership with collaboration.
