What is After Class?
After Class is Vanguard Leadership Academy’s mobile leadership workshop series, designed to bring high-impact, real-world leadership development to students right where they are. Whether in classrooms, afterschool programs, assemblies, or youth events, our trained facilitators deliver experiences that are interactive, relevant, and transformative.
Built on our philosophy of Success by Design, After Class helps students connect leadership to their everyday choices, challenges, and opportunities so they begin to see learning as an avenue to success not just in their school with getting good grades, but as a necessary discipline for growth in everyday life.
