Executive Director

Felicia Momon

Felicia Moore Momon is the visionary Executive Director of Vanguard Leadership Academy. With a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to her role, Felicia's journey is defined by her multifaceted roles as a woman, wife, proud mother, entrepreneur, lifelong volunteer, and accomplished business professional.

Her lifelong advocacy for unlocking individuals' highest potential was ignited during her youth, where she emerged as a dedicated youth leader. At an early age, she championed causes within her school and church, orchestrating youth services and events. Felicia has been affectionately dubbed a "life coach" by friends and colleagues, a testament to her innate ability to inspire and guide others toward their life's purpose.

Academically, Felicia's pursuit of excellence shines brightly. She earned an MBA in Operations Management from the prestigious Executive MBA program at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business while raising two young children and working full-time. Beyond academia, she has excelled as a manager and mentor, overseen the visionary leadership of the non-profit organization A Priceless Gift Ministries for 23 years, and passionately volunteered in schools and held pivotal roles such as Director of Operations and Visionary Strategist for her church. In addition, she successfully ventured into entrepreneurship, overcoming the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and still standing as Founder and Owner of Out of the Box Remedies LLC.

As the Executive Director of Vanguard Leadership Academy, Felicia Moore Momon personifies dedication and an unwavering understanding of how to navigate life's challenges while effecting meaningful change in the lives of others. Her unique blend of operational expertise, belief in the power of support and community, and steadfast commitment to equipping and exposing youth underscore Vanguard's mission to empower and transform the next generation of leaders. Her vision is to position Vanguard Leadership Academy as a paragon of investing in the holistic development of youth - nurturing their minds, bodies, souls, and spirits. In turn, these empowered students will play a pivotal role in nurturing resilient and compassionate communities and shaping the future with their impactful leadership.

Program Director

Tiffany McLymore

Tiffany McLymore holds the position of Program Director at Vanguard Leadership Academy, where her remarkable 24-year career in teaching, training, and educational development has made a lasting impact. In recent years, Tiffany has further extended her influence by serving as the Director for the East Atlanta Region Technology Competition and Showcase.

Originally hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Tiffany's educational journey has been punctuated by notable achievements. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, North Carolina, followed by a Master of Teaching in Secondary Mathematics from Cambridge College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her educational pursuits culminated in an Educational Leadership Specialist degree from Columbus State University.

Tiffany's career in education has spanned the spectrum, from K-12 to higher education. She has held roles as a mathematics teacher on both the high school and collegiate levels. For the past 15 years, Tiffany has been a dedicated member of the Rockdale County Public Schools, where she has served as a classroom teacher, AP Coordinator, Testing Coordinator, and Digital Learning Specialist. These diverse experiences have equipped Tiffany with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and bring to life the vision and mission of Vanguard Leadership Academy.

In her capacity as the Program Director at Vanguard Leadership Academy, Tiffany is resolute in her commitment to realizing the organization's mission and vision. She strives to serve as an exemplar of forward-thinking and transformative education, embodying the principles she passionately champions.
