Mechanical Engineer | Construction & Project Management Specialist

Chimaelle Goureiche is a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in HVAC and plumbing design, construction management, and project coordination. She earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kennesaw State University (2019) and has since built expertise working as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer at McKenney’s Inc (2021–2024).

With hands-on experience in performing load calculations using Trace700, developing HVAC and plumbing design documents, and utilizing industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office, Chimaelle brings both technical precision and creative problem-solving to every project.

She has collaborated closely with architects, engineers across disciplines, vendors, and clients to ensure mechanical requirements are met while maintaining compliance with Georgia building codes, International Mechanical Codes, Plumbing Codes, and FGI standards for healthcare facilities. Known for her adaptability and ability to work independently, she consistently delivers solutions that balance efficiency and value engineering.

Beyond her technical expertise, Chimaelle excels in project management, professional communication, and relationship building. Fluent in Haitian Creole and proficient in French, she brings a multicultural perspective and strong interpersonal skills to diverse teams and client interactions.

​From her teenage years, Chimaelle has felt a deep calling to work with youth, dedicating her time to mentoring and guiding young people in both academic and community settings. She is passionate about helping them discover their strengths, build confidence, and pursue meaningful goals.
